Royal Mail will endeavor to deliver this within 2 working days, however in busy periods this may take up to 5 working days.

Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) £5.99
All parcels sent with Parcel Force will arrive next working day from when they're dispatched. They also come with full tracking. When ordering after midday on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Friday, the next working day after this is Monday. You will receive up to date tracking & a time slot on the day of delivery.
UPS Standard £4.99
All Parcels sent with UPS will arrive the next working dat from when they are dispatched. They also come with full tracking. When ordering after midday on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Friday, the next working day after this is Monday. You will receive up to date tracking & a time slot on the day of delivery.
We post to various European destinations via UPS Export Standard.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed with-in 24 hours.
*this is not guaranteed, but we will always try our hardest to make this happen depending on volume of orders.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday these orders will not be dispatched until the earliest time of Monday.
Any international orders that may attract customs charges are the responsibity of the person or company who places the order and we will not be held responsible.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & un-opened. Returns need to be sent to - The Snack Chest, Unit 17, Lea Green Business Park, St Helens, WA9 4TR
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any non delivery claims must be done so via email within 30 days.
